Solemn Vespers at the Basilica this Sunday, October 16 will be followed by a talk by D.C. Schindler of the JPII Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family on The Theology of Hans Urs von Balthasar. Vespers begins at 5pm in the main church.
At the Cathedral on Monday, October 17, Dr. Eric Mabry of the University of St. Thomas, Houston will present a lecture entitled The Horizon of Eternity in Our Hearts: Thomas Aquinas Contemplates Glory. Dr. Mabry’s lecture begins at 7pm in the Parish Center.
